Options

ADD:  $50 minimum to increase any W, L, H, dimension, except for door size changes are no charge.   Door can be made 1" wider and 1" taller for larger dogs. If door is made larger, only door options are standard flap and spring-loaded aluminum door.

ADD:  With house purchase: $12 for customized hinged, spring-loaded, louvered aluminum door.  Double swing galvanized canopy door is available for $15.  If ordering optional doors for kit houses, additional shipping charges may be incurred.  

ADD:  $39.69 to metal line cube house floor/sides, $65.52 to metal line medium divider house floor/sides/divider, $77.75 to metal line large divider house floor/sides/divider.  Metal lining is available for whelping houses.  If adding metal lining to kit house, additional shipping charges may be incurred. Call for quotes.

ADD: $49 for plastic floor instead of wood

ADD:  $16 to insulate floor with extra layer of foamboard and layer of lauan (can't be done with plastic floor) If insulated floor is for kit, additional shipping charges may be incurred.

THIS IS A DIVIDER HOUSE-HAS A DIVIDER

 Specifications:  Double wall construction, .030 gauge smooth aluminum painted outer skin, 3 mill lauan interior and exterior sheathing, insulated with 3/4" foamboard,  1/2" plywood floor,  support arm bracket to hold lid up, door opening  11 3/4"W x 13" H.  The houses come  standard with aluminum double swing door flap. This is a simple aluminum flap made from the same material as the outside of the house, on a double swing hinge at the top of the door opening. If you prefer a different door, a hinged, spring-loaded aluminum snap door or galvanized double swing canopy door available for an additional charge.  Assembled houses come standard on a 1" x 2" runner.  Kit houses have no runners.  Heavy aluminum 3" legs are available for an extra $10. 

Colors: White or  Silver.  The houses are available in any of our other colors for an additional $15 charge.  

Removable partition in divider house.  Whelping house available with removable nest sized for Scott whelping pan.  Whelping house does not include the cost of the whelping pan or nest.  Ask for a quote. 

Any custom design available.  Any door you provide installed at small additional charge.  Call for details.

Medium, and large  cube houses can be sent in a kit form U.P.S.  Medium divider houses can be sent in a kit form.  

Assembled houses and large divider houses must come to a business address on a commercial truck.  Call for a freight quote.

If no business address is available, a trucking terminal is usually available within a short drive.  Call for details.

HOUSES THAT ARE SHIPPED IN KIT FORM LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN ASSEMBLED UNITS..  PLEASE SEE KIT HOUSE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE TO SEE HOW KIT HOUSES ASSEMBLE.  EXTRUSIONS THAT JOIN WALLS TOGETHER ON KIT HOUSES ARE ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS THAT ARE MADE OF ALUMINUM THE SAME COLOR AS THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.  FLOORS OF KIT HOUSES DROP IN ON TOP OF 1 X 1 ALUMINUM ANGLE.  LIDS ARE PRE-HINGED SAME AS ASSEMBLED, DOORS AND DOOR COVERINGS ARE THE SAME.  WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PUT RUNNERS ON KIT UNITS, YOU CAN ORDER ALUMINUM LEGS TO INSTALL OR PUT THE HOUSE ON PAVERS OR BRICKS TO ELEVATE IT OFF OF THE GROUND.  ANY QUESTIONS???
